Hey, I'm Matt Scaysbrook :)In 2017, I switched from freelancer to agency owner.I went on to sell that agency after 7 years of working with clients like GoDaddy, Nando’s, Sage & Twinings.I know what it takes to switch, and also what it takes to make that switch a success.(through a lot of painful experiences!)I started freelancing in 2013.Took almost 4 years for me to take the leap into running an agency.I had no support and no clue what I was doing.And the biggest mistake I made was to think that doing it alone was a smart move.My agency really started to take off when I started to talk to other people.Other first-time owners, experienced owners, exited owners, you name it.All people who knew things I didn't and were willing to share just to help me out.Now I want to return the favour.So when you’re looking to go from freelance to agency, don't do it alone.
